Warranty

When you purchase a new home from Banks Homes, you can be confident that it has been constructed to our high standards. The home comes with a 10 year warranty which provides a guarantee to cover against any major structural defect.

Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, please call our customer care team on 0191 378 6222. We are available during office hours, Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm, excluding bank holidays. If emergencies occur outside of office hours, please contact our out of hours emergency support company on 0120 750 3293 We will then provide further assistance the next working day.

Housebuilder Pro is our easy to use online portal for reporting and managing any defects you have with your home. It also contains a library of useful documents relating to your home that may be invaluable in the future.
