Be first in line with our Early Bird scheme – available on selected plots, it lets you secure your chosen home before it’s officially released for sale. When it becomes available, you’ll have 48 hours to proceed to full reservation – giving you peace of mind and time to get sale-ready.*
Ways to Buy – Terms and Conditions
Early Bird
Early Bird is available on selected developments and plots only. To proceed with Early Bird, clients must be in a proceedable position, subject to satisfactory ID checks and proof of funds. A fully refundable £100 reservation fee is required to secure the Early Bird pre-reservation. Please note, an Early Bird pre-reservation does not constitute a formal reservation. You will have 48 hours from notification of the plot’s availability, price, and proposed completion date to proceed to a full reservation. Banks Homes reserves the right to amend, alter, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Move Assist
Move Assist is available on selected plots and developments only. Banks Homes will cover estate agent fees up £5000 based on 1.6% selling price fee, subject to terms and market appraisals. To qualify, you must allow Banks Homes or its nominated agent to market your existing property to be in a proceedable position. The scheme is subject to availability, acceptance of reasonable offers on your property, and your full cooperation. Banks Homes reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time without notice.
Part Exchange
Part Exchange is available on suitable properties in England and Wales up to a value of £750,000. Offers are independently assessed by Property PX Group and are typically around 87% of expected market value, although this will vary depending on the property, local market conditions and valuation. The 5% top-up incentive is available on selected plots only and is subject to status, eligibility and terms and conditions. It may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
