Sell your current home with a little help from us.

Found your new Banks home but still have a property to sell? With Move Assist, we’ll help you arrange the sale of your existing home and contribute up to £5,000 towards your estate agency fees, helping to make your move simpler.

From arranging valuations to keeping your sale moving, our dedicated Move Assist partner will support you through the process, while your chosen Banks home can be held for up to six weeks.*

Want to secure a home before release?

Early Bird

Found the one? Get ahead with Early Bird.

Our Early Bird scheme gives you the opportunity to secure your chosen Banks home before it’s officially released for sale.

Available on selected plots, an Early Bird pre-reservation puts you first in line. Once your chosen home is released and you’re notified of the price and proposed completion date, you’ll have 48 hours to proceed to full reservation.*

It’s a simple way to get ahead and give yourself more time to prepare for your move.

Key Worker Incentive

Key Worker Contribution

Ways to Buy – Terms and Conditions

Early Bird

Early Bird is available on selected developments and plots only. To proceed with Early Bird, clients must be in a proceedable position, subject to satisfactory ID checks and proof of funds. A fully refundable £100 reservation fee is required to secure the Early Bird pre-reservation. Please note, an Early Bird pre-reservation does not constitute a formal reservation. You will have 48 hours from notification of the plot’s availability, price, and proposed completion date to proceed to a full reservation. Banks Homes reserves the right to amend, alter, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Move Assist

Move Assist is available on selected plots and developments only. Banks Homes will cover estate agent fees up £5000 based on 1.6% selling price fee, subject to terms and market appraisals. To qualify, you must allow Banks Homes or its nominated agent to market your existing property to be in a proceedable position. The scheme is subject to availability, acceptance of reasonable offers on your property, and your full cooperation. Banks Homes reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time without notice.

Part Exchange

Part Exchange is available on suitable properties in England and Wales up to a value of £750,000. Offers are independently assessed by Property PX Group and are typically around 87% of expected market value, although this will vary depending on the property, local market conditions and valuation. The 5% top-up incentive is available on selected plots only and is subject to status, eligibility and terms and conditions. It may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Move Your Way Incentives

Move Your Way incentives, including First Time Buyer, Home Mover, and Deposit Match packages, are available on selected plots and developments only and are subject to availability and status. Incentives cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to contract. All incentives are development and plot specific.

Key Worker Contribution

The Key Worker Contribution is available to eligible key workers employed within the NHS and healthcare, education, police, fire and rescue, ambulance service, Armed Forces, social care, prison and probation services, and local authorities. The incentive is available on selected plots and developments only and is subject to availability, status and eligibility. Eligible purchasers can receive a 5% contribution towards their deposit, based on the agreed purchase price of their new Banks home. Proof of current employment within an eligible profession will be required. The incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other Banks Homes offer or incentive and is subject to contract. All incentives are development and plot specific.
