Banks Homes is continuing to invest in its growing team with the appointment of four new colleagues, including an important first for the business as we welcome our first three Banks Homes apprentices.
Joining the team are Stuart Woodhead, Assistant Site Manager at The Cornfields in Yarm; Amy Ward, Commercial Trainee based at our Head Office; Kaci Lonsdale, Trainee Sales Executive; and James Rylance, Trainee Assistant Site Manager. Kaci and James will both initially be based at Cathedral Meadows in West Rainton.
Their arrival represents another positive step in the continued development of Banks Homes, strengthening our team across construction, commercial and sales while creating new opportunities for people to build their careers within the housebuilding industry.
Investing in the next generation
For Amy, Kaci and James, joining Banks Homes marks the beginning of their apprenticeships and an opportunity to combine learning with valuable hands-on experience across three very different areas of the business.
As our first Banks Homes apprentices, they also mark the beginning of an exciting new chapter for us.
Creating opportunities for people to learn, develop their skills and build rewarding careers is an important part of growing our business for the future. Our apprenticeship programme will give Amy, Kaci and James the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues while developing the practical knowledge and skills they need to progress within their chosen careers.
From understanding the commercial side of housebuilding and supporting customers through their homebuying journey to gaining experience on a live construction site, each apprenticeship offers a different route into the new homes industry.
We’re looking forward to supporting all three as they progress, gain confidence and become an important part of the Banks Homes team.
Strengthening our growing team
Alongside our new apprentices, we’re also delighted to welcome Stuart Woodhead as Assistant Site Manager at The Cornfields in Yarm.
Stuart joins the site team as we continue to strengthen the experience and expertise behind the delivery of our developments.
Bringing new talent into Banks Homes at different stages of their careers is an important part of our continued growth. It allows us to invest not only in the homes and communities we create, but also in the people who will help shape the future of our business.
Our brand culture places an emphasis on creating a welcoming and supportive environment where people have the opportunity to grow, collaborate and thrive, and we’re looking forward to seeing each of our new starters do exactly that.
We wish Stuart, Amy, Kaci and James every success in their new roles and look forward to following their journeys with Banks Homes.
A very warm welcome to the team!
