Thursday 16th October marked an exciting milestone for Banks Homes, as we officially launched The Pastures. Our much-anticipated new development in Hambleton, with an exclusive evening event at the stunning Camblesforth Hall and Grange.
Located less than 10 miles from the development, the historic venue provided the perfect backdrop for an evening of celebration, conversation, and first looks at what’s to come at The Pastures. Guests were welcomed between 5pm and 8pm to enjoy locally sourced food by Celebration Cheeses, meet the team behind the development, and find out more about our beautifully designed homes.
The event proved to be a tremendous success, with eight reservations taken on the night and a number of guests registering interest through our new Move Assist scheme — now open for applications for those with a home to sell.

This event also marked the first launch for our Sales Manager, Phil Dougan, since joining Banks Homes earlier this year.

Representatives from our trusted partners and suppliers were also on hand to meet guests and showcase their products and services, including GM Wilson Solicitors, Preston Baker Estate Agents, Move with Us, Gooding’s Wardrobes, Porcelanosa, Omega Kitchens, and Intouch Financial.
Preston Baker Estate Agents will also host Sarah, our new Sales Executive, in their Selby office every Monday and Friday, where she’ll be available to answer questions, discuss availability, and guide potential buyers through the reservation process.
Looking ahead, the on-site sales cabin at The Pastures is set to be ready by the end of November, giving visitors the opportunity to experience the development first hand. The Elvet show home will follow in Spring, with the first move-ins scheduled for early Summer — marking another exciting chapter for Banks Homes in North Yorkshire.
Sarah will be available on-site Thursday through Monday to welcome visitors, discuss future moves, and help new buyers begin their journey at The Pastures.
